Process to manage leave details of company using Employee Planner Software:
Step 1: Install and run DRPU Employee Planner Software in your PC or laptop.

Step 2: Select option ‘Open An Existing Company’ to open your existing company.
Step 3: Select your existing company. Enter user name and password in user verification window for accessing your company details and press ‘login’ button.
Step 4: Click Masters menu and select Leave Settings to assign total number of leave to your company employee. In advance settings, enter total number of casual leave, paid leave, sick leave, earned leave and other leave. You can also provide special leaves like Marital leaves and Maternity leaves to your Company employee. Press ‘Apply’ button.
Step 5: Now select Add Leave option from Leave menu to assign leave to your company employee. Select employee from list of employee and press ‘Ok’ button.
Step 6: Select leave type and set the leave days as per requirements. Click ‘Save’ button to save leave information.
Step 7: Click View Leave option from Leave menu to view leave status of employee. Press print button for printing leave records as shown.
